If no response is received within 10 days, we will choose the version we believe best represents your vision and proceed with production.

2. Broken Frame?

If your frame arrives damaged, you are eligible for a refund. Just send us clear photos so we can verify the issue and resolve it quickly.

3. Refunds for Active Customers

If you respond to your proof email, go through revisions, and are still unhappy with the final result, we will offer you a full refund—no questions asked.

4. Email Communication

You’ll receive several reminders (72 and 96 hours after placing the order). If you don’t see the emails, check your spam/junk folder or contact us right away.

5. Checkout Agreement
